ATLANTIC INK, The Writers Festival is a week-long fanfare recognizing the twelve finalists for this year’s Ann Connor Brimer Children’s Literature, Atlantic Poetry, Thomas H. Raddall Fiction and Evelyn Richardson Non-fiction book prizes. The festival includes readings, signings, school appearances, writing workshops and panel discussions in the four Atlantic Provinces — from Charlottetown to Saint John, Halifax to St. John’s and points in between. Public events will be hosted by the PEI Writers’ Guild, the NB Lorenzo Reading Series, the Writers’ Alliance of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Writers’ Federation of Nova Scotia, and others.
